I worked as a Co-Producer and First Assistant Director on the film Stuck In A Hard Place. This presented a unique challenge to myself as it required me to think in a more logistical way. It's given me a better insight to what goes into the planning and carry through for productions, going forward I’ll know how to approach this part of production and work with my team accordingly.
Stuck in a Hard Place is a live-action, coming-of-age drama following the tumultuous relationship between father and son. Two men find themselves alone together on a hike in the idyllic New Zealand bush, and the cracks in their relationship start to show. When their trip takes an unexpected turn for the worst, the son realises he must resolve their conflict or risk losing his father forever.
