I worked as an animator and assistant director on the short piece Dualism, Dualism allowed me to branch into new paths such as motion capture and recorded film as it is a multimedia piece spanning these genres. It tested my abilities as an animator and forced me to push past old limits and learn new techniques.
Dualism is a bold experience that shows truly what we can achieve with a simple question… What would happen if constructivism and Surrealism met? Two stark and opposite concepts that are yet intertwined with one another. It follows the ordinary life of someone stuck in the Flat but parallel landscape, to be tempted with the surreal release and freedom that follows, however, does freedom come without a cost?
