I was a 2D and 3D animator on “The Devil Is My Roommate” project. My passion lies in 2D animation but for this project, I wanted to explore the realm of 3D animation.
I’ve had the opportunity to dive into areas I’ve been wanting to more such as creature and 3D Animation. Being an artist who loves drawing, I enjoyed seeing the process of crafting both hand-drawn 2D & 3D, bringing them together to give life and personality to the characters. Working closely with people who share the same passion as me has allowed me to gain new skills and techniques to aid in bringing characters/worlds to life through the art of Animation.
The Devil Is My Roommate is a pilot for an animated series. We follow Amon, the Devil’s son, who is stranded on Earth by his father. He must navigate this strange new world and prove himself ready for the job he doesn't want, but Amon has other ideas. This story’s a light-hearted slice-of-life comedy show that discusses the struggles of being different in a society that wasn't built for you.
