I started The Devil is My Roommate as a personal project a year and a half ago. It's mind-blowing to look back and see how far it's come. Directing this project was an amazing experience, growing and strengthening my leadership skills. This project also provided me with a platform to develop my technical skills including 3D animation, pipeline building, compositing and more, learning new skills alongside my incredible team.
The Devil Is My Roommate is a pilot for an animated series. We follow Amon, the Devil’s son, who is stranded on Earth by his father. He must navigate this strange new world and prove himself ready for the job he doesn't want, but Amon has other ideas. This story’s a light-hearted slice-of-life comedy show that discusses the struggles of being different in a society that wasn't built for you.
