As a co-designer for U-Turn, I was able to collaborate and explore new technical skills in product and visual communication design. I was fascinated for them to work together, with the ultimate goal of creating a new returning experience for the community, and medical equipment. This contributed to an overall service and experience model generated by myself, and Nikita Dornan. This project has inspired me to continue challenging a design formats to benefit health services and experiences for our community.
U-Turn is dedicated to informing and engaging the Te Whanganui a Tara community in the process of returning hospital equipment.Raising awareness about the insufficient medical equipment returns. Providing individuals with the necessary tools and knowledge to streamline their return process efficiently.
