In this project, I set out in addressing the issue of emotional education for children. The central aim was to find an engaging and effective way to introduce emotional intelligence to young minds, fostering a foundation for healthier emotional lives in the future. The strategy I chose was a children’s book, a format known for its significance in bonding between caregivers and children. By creating a tool that can be integrated into the existing tradition of bedtime stories, I aimed to make the learning process natural and accessible. Reflecting on what I designed, the project leveraged the power of storytelling and illustration to engage children with the topic of emotions.
