Coeliac disease is a lesser-known autoimmune disease and because of this, there are limited resources available for children who are navigating a coeliac disease diagnosis. ‘C is for Coeliac Disease’ is an educational tool kit that was designed to educate, support and empower children as they adapt to having coeliac disease.
