"In the Midst of this World, Alive" is a short nature film paired with an ambient soundtrack. I set out to make this film to promote nature appreciation and nature therapy. I believe these two things are very important and nature can have a strong effect on mental health. I wanted to create a calm environment to give a similar experience. All footage was shot around the Wellington area.
