Diary in a Shelter - Sequential Art Pieces Set in Lockdown

Since December 2019, the COVID-19 pandemic has had a lasting impact on people. Diary in a Shelter documents the issues taking place in Xi'an, China, in the context of the lockdown, with a particular focus on the encounters and experiences of an ordinary young adult. This project uses sequential art to create a set of narrative scenes. This visual storytelling is based on media reports and the artist's personal experiences.
