Bachelor of Design with Honours
The aim of my project was to create a product anyone would be proud to own, that helps people living with limited mobility to lead a fulfilling and independent lifestyle.
In response, I created Leg-Up, a custom-fit Knee Ankle Foot Orthosis (KAFO) generated from a 3D scan of the patient's leg using a semi-autonomous parametric workflow.
Key features of Leg-Up include comfort, usability, accessibility, and aesthetic development.
