Vita’s art practice centres around her desire to hold the same knowledge and skills as women in her family. This exploration has led her to focus on themes such as craft, reciprocal relationships, process, materiality, and connection. Through building sculptures, she creates tangible links to her ancestors, establishing a strong connection between the past and present.
