Investigating connections to my female lineage has inspired my interdisciplinary practice traversing textile and craft. It led to an exploration of my relationships with people and place to create works that are made in kinship with our environment. Using sustainable materials and traditional craft techniques to underline the importance of our environment and the beauty across the Coromandel shorelines.
