Using my practice to develop a personal nexus between artmaking and ecology, I explore the relationships between human and non-human animal through multi-disciplinary applications.
‘Pestiary’ was inspired by the wonderful participants of ‘Build-a-Pest’, a workshop I curated and ran in partnership with Predator Free Wellington earlier this year. Participants created their own pests and predators from a variety of materials, then gave me permission to remake and compile their creatures.
