Bachelor of Design with Honours
Our Own World combines Participatory Culture and Paracosms. I have created a visual development document alongside a large illustration showcasing world design for a 3D animation to empower youth facing traumatic events. Harley and Zeke, both 12 years old, find solace in separate paracosms inspired by books, films, and games. When their worlds collide, they form an unlikely friendship and eventually combine their fantasy worlds, but as reality and fantasy blur, their repressed emotions surface.
